It's been quite a while since I have added any of my paintings to my blog! But, 8 months later...I'm back to post some of my latest watercolor paintings!

This one here is a simple song-bird watercolor piece. I approached this bird picture with a different technique than I usually use. Instead of focusing so much on details of the feathers, eyes, etc., I spent more effort on keeping it subtle and soft. I let the watercolors do its thing and blend with each other.
